Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Aspire Massage Therapy, we understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service for all clients, we have the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments by contacting us via phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduled appointments, subject to availability.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
