Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Aspire Massage Therapy, we understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service for all clients, we have the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling:

Cancellations

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule appointments by contacting us via phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduled appointments, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
